Small changes that are noticeable in daily life
After an injury, I was still quite distrustful of my knee. I use it for leg training and I notice that extra support that I was missing to move more confidently.
I work long hours on my feet and was worried it would end up being uncomfortable. I like being able to adjust the pressure and not have to wear it equally tight all day.
I didn't want a stiff knee brace that would bother me during training. This one gives me a feeling of support, but I can still flex my leg and do my exercises normally.
